2. Tackifying Resins:

 Resins like C9, C5, pure aromatic monomers, rosin, hydrogenated rosin, rosin ester, terpene phenolics, and hydrogenated hydrocarbon determine the adhesive's tackiness.

3. Wax:

Controls open time and set speed, influencing adhesion in different temperatures. Available as synthetic, natural, and microcrystalline.

4. Additional Additives:

Include antioxidants and plasticizers for strength, flexibility, and protection against degradation. Other additives like flame retardants, fillers, and biocides can impart specific characteristics.
